Charity Gift Aid Declaration
Although K9 Rescue work internationally, we are a registered Charity with the Charities Commission in the UK, so if you are a UK Tax Payer, you can gift aid your donations here.
If you’re a UK taxpayer and you sign up to Gift Aid, we can claim back an extra 25p for every £1 you donate. This makes a huge difference to us, and doesn’t cost you a thing.
So if you want your donations to be worth more, just complete our Gift Aid declaration either the Online Declaration below or download a paper copy of our Charity Gift Aid Declaration here
Am I eligible to sign up for Gift Aid?
If you’re a UK taxpayer, yes. For a donation to qualify for Gift Aid, you must have paid enough UK income tax and/or capital gains tax to cover all Gift Aid claimed on your donations in that tax year (6 April to the following 5 April). You must donate your own money.
Donations can be made by cash, cheque, postal order, direct debit, standing order, paypal, credit or debit card.
Even if you’re not employed, you’re still eligible if you’re paying tax on:
- personal pension
- occupational pension
- stocks and shares
- bank and building society savings accounts
- rental income.
If you’re unsure whether your donations qualify for Gift Aid tax relief please contact us via email email@example.com or call 0203 866 1229 and we’ll be happy to help.
